Requirements for the external environment of vertical high-speed machining centers
Vertical high-speed machining center is a high-quality, high-precision and high-performance product carefully designed and manufactured. The machine tool has novel design, advanced structure and beautiful appearance. The accuracy of the machine tool is stable, the performance is reliable, and the operation is easy. The castings of the machine tool are all made of resin sand and have undergone secondary artificial aging treatment. They have good stability, high strength, and various precisions are stable and reliable.
The saddle and worktable of the equipment adopt three sets of precision linear guide rails and are fixed by five slide blocks. A servo motor is used to drive the saddle and worktable directly through an elastic coupling and a ball screw to realize the movement in the X and Y directions. Given the optimized bearing layout, the bearings at both ends of the screw adopt P4 grade 60° contact angle matched ball screw bearings, and the ball screws are pre-stretched. Four angular contact precision ball bearings are at the driving end, and three Only angular contact precision ball bearings are at the other end, so that the three-axis transmission has strong rigidity, stable and reliable accuracy, and smoother transmission.
Do you know what the requirements for the external ambient temperature of a vertical high-speed machining center are? Let’s find out next!
- 1. Location and environment requirements: When placing the equipment, it should be away from the source of vibration, avoid the influence of direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the equipment, anti-vibration trenches should be set up around it, otherwise it will directly affect the order machined parts online accuracy and stability of the machine tool;
- 2. Power supply requirements: The location where the equipment is installed requires strict control of the power supply voltage. Power supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment CNC system;
- 3. Temperature conditions: The ambient temperature of the equipment is lower than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally, there is an exhaust fan or air cooler inside the CNC electronic machining box to keep the operating temperature of electronic components, especially the central processor, constant or the temperature difference changes very little. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the life of control system components and lead to increased failures. The increase in temperature and humidity and the increase in dust will cause adhesion on the integrated circuit board and lead to short circuit;
- 4. Use according to operating procedures: When using the equipment, users are not allowed to arbitrarily change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system. The settings of these parameters are directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each component of the equipment. Only the gap compensation parameter value can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
