1. Pay attention to the contact between the grinding wheel and the workpiece

At the same time, weak sparks can be seen. You can increase the coolant. The concentration of the coolant is slightly higher than that of ordinary saponified grinding fluid. , but requires filtering and cleaning before feeding. The feed amount per time is 0.005mm per double stroke, and the grinding is completed until there is no spark. At this time, press the transverse feed handwheel in the feed direction to make the grinding wheel slightly advance toward the workpiece without feeding, which is equivalent to polishing the workpiece once. This does not guarantee that the surface roughness of the workpiece can reach Ra0.02μm.

5. Roughing the surface of the workpiece
